Everything I make and produce is for adults - I will not accept a commission from you unless you are at least 18 years old.

I hold all rights to fair use with any and all produced pieces unless the rights to the image are purchased by the client - they are otherwise personal use only.

A purchase of the commercial rights* to the artwork will always be 150% of the original price or a 5-20% cut of profits gained.

Do not claim my work as your own.

I reserve the right to stop work on/cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

A commission purchase is a digital good and will not be shipped to an address.

The client must provide clear references. Descriptions that are unclear will require image references or may be refused.

If unfinished my work may not be completed by you or a third party without consent/confirmation from me.

All personal information will be kept private and confidential. This goes both ways!

Reproducing and selling the artwork.

When you receive profit in the medium where you’re using it and/or as a way to get attention (promotional material, game assets, business cards, YouTube videos, social media artwork, etc.)

Claiming complete ownership over the artwork in every way shape or form.

All commissions must be paid upfront or after the sketch has been confirmed.

Payment is 100% of price discussed unless organized otherwise.

Payment will be done via Paypal Invoice or Ko-Fi.

The currency accepted is USD only. I will not accept any other currency or cryptocurrency.

Clients will be charged extra if they need their commission to take priority over others.

Clients will be charged for any re-draws/edits exceeding 3 alterations post-sketch phase.

Both artist and customer may cancel a commission before payment is received.

I retain the right to cancel a commission with notice when a payment hasn’t been sent.

I will update you with progress when it is substantial. Requests for updates are welcomed, but do not continue to ask after recently receiving an update.

Customers will be given WIPs for sketch, lineart and colouring. Process may be streamed on Picarto and/or in Discord.

Utilize WIPs to let me know if anything needs changing. 3 minimal alterations are welcome beyond the sketch phase, however any major changes or additional changes will incur a fee.

You will be informed if your commission takes longer than originally estimated.

Please allow for a 3 month ETA if your commission is not expedited.

You will receive the full resolution file/s with no watermark.

I may sell the work produced in packs on Gumroad or in condensed files unless purchased commercially.

Due to my circumstances I may sometimes need more time for my health or personal life. I will keep you updated during these times - I am only human! Thank you for understanding.

Refunds may be discussed prior to sketch phase or during sketch phase. Once I begin working past the sketch phase, I will only refund a portion of the piece based on work completed or issue no refund at all.

After the commission is finished, there are strictly no refunds available.

I reserve the right to fully refund the piece if I do not want to complete it.

No refund will be issued before or after payment is complete if any of these Terms of Service are breached.
